Our custom made flight cases are made from high quality plywood with various types of laminate or polypropylene board. Aluminium extrusions are riveted on giving these cases strength as well as keeping the weight  down.

All cases will be lined initially with 6mm foam, if you need further foam inserts we can make them from templates or drawings supplied. Various different foams are available to cushion those delicate pieces.
