Because we make our packing cases from all plywood the ISPM15 regulation does not apply, however some countries still require some form of treatment against pests, so we have in the past used a pressurised tanalised treatment and we supply a certificate for exporting. Basic construction of a typical case would be, plywood strips nailed to the panels, staple on the paper lining if required then screw it all together, this makes it easy if panels need to be removed for loading.
We are also able to manufacture presentation packaging using polyethylene foam, this can be used in many ways to securely retain items in transit or just to protect something of value. We are currently producing these types of foam insert for use within our packing cases, some of which are for the Ministry of Defence and Aerospace sectors.
